2013 Brooklyn Film Festival

Dan Eberle’s Brooklyn noir Cut to Black has been selected to be the Closing Night Film at the 16th Annual Brooklyn Film Festival.

A summary of this year’s theme from the BFF site:

Brooklyn Film Festival (BFF) themed the 2013 edition:
MAGNETIC
MAGNETIC is a study on all those invisible forces that bring people together or push them apart. It is also our personal invitation to read between the lines while questioning the motives behind. MAGNETIC will be a showcase of smart, multi-layered, deceiving, manipulative, yet unseen films coming from all continents in search of a Brooklyn breakthrough.

Cut to Black will screen alongside films Hairbrained (with Brendan Frasier and Parker Posey), and Emanuel and the Truth About Fishes (with Jessica Biel and Alfred Molina).
